1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tg7708 ("tg7708," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tg7708 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at tg7708.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the tg7708 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tg7708 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the tg7708 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tg7708 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tg7708 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tg7708 or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

tg7708 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tg7708 may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the tg7708 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your tg7708 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time verification codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify tg7708 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

tg7708 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all transactions and activities that occur under your account.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. tg7708 may request a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tg7708 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in PHP.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the tg7708 Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 or as otherwise specified on the Platform's cashier page.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and payment method processing times.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless a bonus has been claimed.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Payment method matching: tg7708 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

tg7708 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tg7708 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tg7708 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• tg7708 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

tg7708 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings that were credited in error or obtained in breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the tg7708 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• tg7708 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all digital games. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studio operators and are subject to their respective operational standards.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tg7708 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.
• tg7708 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. tg7708 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7708 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to tg7708 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tg7708 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of tg7708 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from tg7708.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Use any tg7708 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of tg7708 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by tg7708.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg7708 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tg7708 Platform.

This limitation applies to damages arising from:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized access to your account.
• Errors or inaccuracies in Platform content or game results caused by technical failure.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or through the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider issues beyond tg7708's reasonable control.

tg7708's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tg7708 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tg7708 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

11. Termination

tg7708 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Conduct that tg7708 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon termination for cause.

You may close your tg7708 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and tg7708, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. tg7708 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tg7708 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

tg7708 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tg7708 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tg7708 Platform after any changes to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
